Our company relies on this Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by email, our initial response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service for the customer of the product that the customer purchased. If you request by email to cancel your subscription, we will need the following information to send in your cancellation request at [email protected]: your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.), email address, login name, or email address of the registered account. 

If the information requested is not provided, we can not proceed to cancel any subscription or membership.

If your cancellation request comes from an email address other than a registered email address we will ask you for additional information including but not limited to: registered email, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date. We will never ask for the full credit card number, security code, or similar.

Our refund policy for all Ecom Heroes products is as follows: 

Customers requesting a refund after the expiration of the return period outlined in the applicable Refund Policy will be required to work directly with support or customer service. Trial and Monthly Memberships

Our customers have control over their membership and can change the status of their subscription at any time. As stated on our website and the FAQ section. cannot be held responsible for the financial situation of its customers as they should know if they can afford or not our services. Refunds are not possible after purchasing one of our services, using the digital data, and then claiming that you can’t afford it anymore or that the money could have been used somewhere else. Also, it is not possible to get refunds if you claim “you didn´t use the service”, but you can cancel your membership / subscription anytime. cannot be held responsible when the customer claims that he wasn’t aware of the terms of a subscription/service and its cost. The terms of our services are present at the account creation and has to be actively agreed upon through an opt-in checkbox at the checkout page. The customer is also asked to agree to the terms and conditions of the membership before creating the subscription. Therefore customers are informed from the beginning and creating an account with us represents your acceptance of the terms presented. cannot be held responsible for claims such as “service not as described” or other similar claims. All of the data and services provided by our services are described on our homepage and customers know with clear examples what they will receive before buying. Users who choose the Monthly membership with a 3, 7, or 14-day trial have full access to the promoted service and can cancel the membership anytime. cannot be held responsible for any technical issues the customer may have in controlling the status of his subscription on his end. Registered customers can manage their subscriptions at any time and have total control over their subscriptions by contacting the support which will reply latest within 24-48h. Since the Refund Policy is visible on almost any page of at least on the Homepage, claims as not knowing how to cancel are not valid. If your refund request is granted by our customer success team, the transaction will typically be processed within 4-10 business days of receiving it. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment. If you didn’t receive the refund within 14 business days from the time of the refund confirmation, please contact our customer support team.
